Data Deletion Request
Effective date: June 4, 2026
You may request deletion of personal information or customer data associated with Bueniq services. We will review requests according to applicable law, customer agreements, security requirements, and retention obligations.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:
- Your full name and work email address.
- Your company or account name, if applicable.
- The type of data you want deleted.
- Whether you are an individual user, customer administrator, or authorized representative.
- Any relevant account, workspace, CRM, or integration identifiers.
Verification
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity, authority, or relationship to a customer account. If the data belongs to an enterprise customer workspace, we may need to coordinate with the customer's authorized administrator.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a different timeline is required or permitted by law.
Limits
Some information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, billing records, backups, or enforcement of agreements. Backup deletion may occur according to normal backup lifecycle schedules.
