This Privacy Policy explains how Bueniq Inc. ("Bueniq," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites, products, services, communications, and related business operations.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including name, work email, company, role, phone number, meeting notes, sales inquiries, support requests, contract details, and billing information. We may also collect account and usage information, device and log data, cookie identifiers, product configuration data, CRM or workflow data submitted by customers, and publicly available business information used to generate account intelligence.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Bueniq services, operate revenue intelligence workflows, authenticate users, respond to requests, personalize product experiences, develop new features, protect security, prevent misuse, comply with law, and communicate about products, events, and service updates.
3. Customer data
When a customer uploads or connects business data to Bueniq, we process that data according to the applicable customer agreement and documented instructions. Customer data is not sold. Customer data is used to provide the contracted service, support, security, troubleshooting, and other purposes allowed by the agreement.
4. AI and generated outputs
Bueniq may use AI systems to generate account briefs, summaries, recommendations, scores, workflows, and draft communications. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions or external communication.
5. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics, and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, understand traffic, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
6. How we share information
We may share information with service providers, subprocessors, professional advisors, affiliates, integration partners authorized by customers, law enforcement or regulators when required by law, and parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We may also share aggregated or deidentified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Bueniq services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
