Bueniq is designed for enterprise revenue teams that need AI assistance without losing governance. This page summarizes the security and responsible AI principles we use for product design, deployment, and customer operations.

Security principles

  • Least-privilege access for users, administrators, integrations, and internal operations.
  • Encryption in transit using modern TLS and encryption at rest where supported by infrastructure providers.
  • Audit trails for important account, workflow, recommendation, and integration activity.
  • Human approval gates for sensitive automations and outbound communication workflows.
  • Data retention and deletion processes aligned to customer agreements and applicable law.

Responsible AI

AI outputs should be treated as recommendations rather than final authority. Bueniq workflows can include source attribution, review steps, approval controls, and restrictions on what agents can write, send, or synchronize.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should configure access roles, review generated outputs, verify contact permissions, maintain CRM hygiene, and ensure that outbound communications comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

Vulnerability reporting

If you believe you have found a security issue, contact [email protected] with a description, reproduction steps, affected URLs or accounts, and your contact information. Please do not access, modify, delete, or disclose customer data.

Compliance status

Bueniq does not claim certifications on this website unless they have been independently verified and contractually documented. Customers may request current security documentation during procurement.
